The Partnership

Government Sales Without Government Procurement Overhead

We identify government requirements that match your product line. We prepare the proposals. If awarded, we issue a purchase order, coordinate delivery, and pay promptly. You focus on supply. We handle the acquisition.

This is not a lead-generation service. SupplyBridge Gov is a registered government reseller — SAM registered, CAGE code 1AHM9, Utah LLC on file. When we contact a vendor, it is because there is an active government requirement we are pursuing.

What You Get

Four Things That Matter to Vendors

We Find the Requirements

Federal supply solicitations are monitored across government sources. When a requirement matches your product category, you receive a targeted, specific request — not a mass inquiry. We only contact vendors for real, active requirements with documented specifications and delivery timelines.

We Prepare the Proposals

Government procurement is documentation-intensive. Quote packages require specific formatting, compliance language, delivery terms, and representations. We handle the full preparation — you provide pricing and availability. The proposal that reaches the contracting officer is complete and compliant. You do not navigate the government procurement system.

We Issue Real Purchase Orders

On award, you receive a formal purchase order — not a verbal commitment or a best-guess estimate. The PO reflects the awarded quantity, delivery location, delivery date, and pricing. This is a documented commercial transaction with a registered government reseller.

We Pay on Completion

Payment is issued upon government payment receipt. The payment cycle is tied directly to the government payment timeline — typically net 30. No extended terms designed to float your inventory. No chasing invoices.

Your Role

Simple. Documented. Repeatable.

As a vendor partner, your role in each transaction is straightforward:

01
Receive a Targeted RFQ
You receive a specific, documented request for quote from SupplyBridge Gov tied to an active government solicitation. The RFQ includes the product specifications, required quantity, delivery location, and response deadline.
02
Confirm Availability & Provide Pricing
Confirm you can fulfill the requirement and provide your pricing and lead time. Typical response window is 24–48 hours. TAA compliance documentation may be requested for applicable requirements.
03
Receive Purchase Order on Award
If the government awards the contract to SupplyBridge Gov, you receive a formal purchase order with all delivery and payment terms documented.
04
Fulfill Delivery to Government Location
Ship directly to the government-specified delivery point and point of contact. Provide tracking information and delivery confirmation.
05
Receive Payment
Payment is issued upon government remittance. Typically net 30 from government payment receipt.
Why This Is Legitimate

What Makes SupplyBridge Gov a Real Purchasing Operation

Registered & Verified

SAM registered. CAGE Code: 1AHM9. Utah LLC on file. SBA-certified SDVOSB. Every contact from SupplyBridge Gov is tied to a real, active procurement requirement — not a database-building exercise.

Operated by a Former Government Contracting Officer

SupplyBridge Gov is run by a former USMC Warranted Contracting Officer with DAWIA Level II certification and 15 years of acquisition-side federal contracting experience. Proposals submitted through this operation are built to meet contracting officer evaluation standards.

Documented Process, Not Ad-Hoc Brokering

Every vendor engagement is tied to a specific solicitation with documented requirements, pricing, and delivery expectations. Vendor contacts receive professional, specific communications. There is no volume outreach, no speculative quoting, and no vague inquiries.

Higher Win Rate Than Typical Vendor Submissions

Most vendors lose not because their product is wrong — but because their proposal is. Missing documentation, incorrect delivery terms, unaddressed compliance requirements. SupplyBridge Gov builds the proposal. Vendors supply the product. The proposal that reaches the contracting officer is complete, compliant, and evaluated on its merits.
