When does billing start?
After onboarding is complete and your accounts are connected. Posts begin the next business day. You’re not charged until you’re live.
Are there any setup fees?
None. The monthly rate is all-in. No onboarding fee, no setup charge, no cancellation fee.
Can I change plans?
Yes — email us and we’ll adjust your plan effective the next billing cycle. Upgrading or downgrading is simple.
Do I pay for Buffer separately?
Yes. We publish your posts through Buffer’s Essentials plan — about $5–6/month per connected social media account (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), billed directly by Buffer. Buffer is where you review, edit, or approve posts before they go live.
What’s the refund policy?
No refunds after posts have been generated for a billing cycle. If you cancel before content generation begins for a new month, we’ll issue a full refund for that month.
Can I submit my own photos and videos?
Yes — and we encourage it. Your client portal lets you submit files anytime. Submit photos and videos exactly as they are — we handle all compression, resizing, and formatting. Submissions are typically posted within 24 hours. Submit multiple files in one day and we’ll schedule them on consecutive days, one per day, stacked forward.
What if I don’t submit anything?
Your daily posts keep going regardless. The system runs automatically with or without your input. Submissions just add your own content into the mix — your daily posts continue on their own schedule.
